Qatar Airways flight operations remain temporarily suspended due to the closure of Qatari airspace. Qatar Airways will resume operations once the Qatar Civil Aviation Authority announces the safe reopening of Qatari airspace. A further update will be provided on 04 March by 09:00 Doha time (06:00 UTC).

All passengers are advised to monitor the latest flight information via qatarairways.com or the Qatar Airways mobile app.

Qatar Airways booking assistance

If you have a confirmed booking with a travel date between 28 February and 10 March 2026, you are eligible for:

• Complimentary date changes of up to 14 days from the original travel date, or
• A refund of the unused value of your ticket.

Qatar Airways are experiencing high call volumes, so wait times may be longer than usual. Please only contact us if you’re travelling within the next 48 hours.
