Cathay Pacific temporarily suspends Riyadh & Dubai flights

In view of the developing situation in the Middle East, all Cathay Pacific flights to and from Dubai from 28 February up to and including Saturday, 14 March have been cancelled. In view of the developing situation in the Middle East also all Cathay Pacific flights to and from Riyadh from 28 February up to and including Saturday, 14 March have been cancelled.
Customers affected by this change who have not already received a message from Cathay Pacific are advised to check the latest status of their booking via Manage Booking.
Their ticket waiver policy is in place to provide additional choice and flexibility. Customers booked to travel between Hong Kong and Dubai up to 14 March 2026 may rebook, reroute or refund their tickets without the usual fees.
Customers who purchased their ticket through a travel agent or third-party website are asked to contact them directly to rearrange their travel dates or request a refund. Customers who booked through Cathay Pacific (on the website, mobile app or through Customer Care), please contact their Customer Care team, who’ll be happy to assist with booking a new flight. For refund requests, customers are asked to go to Manage Booking.
Cathay Pacific are continuing to monitor the situation closely. Further changes to Cathay Pacific flight schedule may be needed in the coming days with the safety of their customers and people being the first priority.

Due to the latest development in the Middle East region, we’re waiving rebooking, rerouting and refund charges to give you greater flexibility to adjust your journey as needed. We know that travel plans may be impacted by evolving circumstances, and we want to make it easier for you to travel with confidence..
If you choose to make a new booking, please note that any difference in fare or taxes between your original and new itinerary will still apply.

Please note the following:
- Your ticket to or from Dubai or Riyadh must be booked on a Cathay Pacific operated flight.
- Your ticket to or from Doha must be ticketed by Cathay Pacific and booked on a Cathay Pacific marketed flight.
- You can choose new travel dates, as long as they are on or before 31 May 2026. Your new travel dates are subject to seat availability.
- This arrangement does not apply to tickets that have already been fully or partially refunded.
