Worth, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago/O’Hare, and New York. The airline offers flights to North America, South America, Europe and Asia. While American Airlines does not currently offer flights to Australia, it does work with partners that would allow you to use the airline for some legs of your international journey via the One World member alliance.
