We stayed at Limehome Valencia in room 203 in May 2025 and while parking seemed to be a disaster, we ended up parking in a nearby apartment complex and got the car locked inside… different story… but apartment was clean and well maintained and reasonable price for the city considering it’s location and size. Ignore what Google maps says be careful parking in nearby Appart car park as it’s often locked so it’s hit and miss if you can get your car back….
The room had an ok amount of storage but enough for a few days… there was a smart screen tv mounted on the wall. It had a decent sized fold out sofabed if you have more than 2 people staying.

The bathroom was well sized and nicely maintained with a rain shower.

The Limehome complex has a lift that is welcome when you have luggage and our room had a view out over the street below. It’s a nice experience of staying in València with the fully serviced apartment having powerful air-conditioning that is essential in summer.
Fridge and kitchen equipment like kettle, toaster, sink and microwave if you want to stay in and relax.
There is also an edesa dishwasher, 9kg edese washing machine and a small mini-bar fridge with a small 2 hob electric stove on the counter.

But good news because of the great location there are plenty of cafes and we loved dinner at the nearby Pizzeria Napoletana Marcellino Pizza e Vino.

The apartment had a code to enter the building but others said they had issues checking in early but we had no issues that I recall during our stay. I recall there was also rooftop deck that gave you a nice view of the neighbourhood. Túria metro is walking distance and served by line 1 & 2 but the lines aren’t so frequent maybe every 20-30 minutes so plan that into your schedule.
