Greetings Veana, Sorry to hear your parents got stuck in Macedonia, I found there is an online form that is meant to be automatically processed that might help https://www.cheapoair.com/support/coronavirus-alert

      Ticket Refund Updates*
If you have already submitted a request to have your non-refundable airline tickets refunded*, please be aware that with the enormity of the passengers that have been affected, your refund might take a little longer than usual to be completed. We are processing refunds in the order the request was received and once your refund has been processed, you’ll receive an e-mail as a confirmation of completion of your refund. From this point, it should be reflected on your billing statement within 1 to 2 billing cycles based on your individual credit card’s closing date.

We apologize for any inconvenience the delay may cause and hope you will understand the extraordinary nature of the current travel situation.

NOTE – Regardless of what your plans are, please note that –

Your reservation MUST be cancelled prior to the scheduled departure date or you risk forfeiture of the value of the tickets and no refund, rebooking or re-routing option may apply. Your entire tickets will be lost.
Please review the “Travel Waiver Updates” listed below, by airline, to see their specific restrictions and policy. Fees may apply – see the Fee Section below.
Based on airline policy, you may be eligible for one of the following (subject to the Fees Section below):
Future Credit – Your reservation will be cancelled, and your tickets will remain on file for future travel as per airline policy subject to applicable CheapOair fees. This is the preferred and faster option as per the airline’ rules and policies, as not all airlines are allowing refund option.

Refund* – Complete cancellation of all tickets and refund less original CheapOair service fee non-airline ancillary and any applicable CheapOair cancellation fee if airline policy permits.
