Disneyland Paris closes temporarily
With actions intended to slow the spread of Coronavirus and in line with latest direction from the French authorities, Disneyland Paris will be closing end of day on October 29th.
In anticipation of celebrating the Christmas holiday season we will be taking reservations from December 19 – January 3 and hope to be open based on prevailing conditions and government guidance at that time. Disneyland Paris will be closed from January 4 through February 12.
Temporary adjustments to booking and cancellation policies
During this continuously evolving situation, we have made temporary adjustments to our booking and cancellation policies for leisure holidays.
Given this context, we are frequently reviewing our commercial policy as the situation is in constant evolution.
I have a future holiday at Disneyland Paris with an arrival from 30 October to 18 December 2020 or from 4 January to 12 February 2021. What does that mean for my holiday?
We are unable to welcome you to Disneyland Paris during this period and therefore need to cancel your holiday.
You can postpone your trip and decide to make a new booking. We will transfer your balance to the new booking, and we will refund the difference if the price is lower, or you will need to pay the difference if the price is higher. Otherwise, we will refund your booking in full.
If you wish to make a new booking with an arrival from 13 February to 31 March 2021, we will be happy to rebook you at the current available rate. We will transfer your current balance to the new booking, and we will refund the difference if the new price is lower, or you will need to pay the difference if the price is higher.
If you wish to make a new booking with an arrival from 1 April to 30 September 2021, you can benefit from our Free Dine Summer 2021 offer if you book by 17 November 2020. Your booking price will be adjusted accordingly.
If you choose to make a new booking, we invite you to contact our reservation team by calling the telephone number indicated on your confirmation email. Call volumes are extremely high due to the unprecedented circumstances, so please bear with us if it takes longer than usual to answer your call.
