Mandarin Oriental Dubai opens in 2019

Mandarin Oriental Dubai

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Dubai will soon add an exclusive and elegant accommodation and a delightful gastronomy to the Jumeirah coast with a rapidly evolving property that will open at the beginning of 2019. Located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods of Dubai, the spacious rooms, suites and exceptional villas on the water of the resort enjoy a luxurious and contemporary atmosphere with stunning views of the city or the ocean.

It was designed by Jefrey Wilkes with a “Californian aesthetic”, it will have wooden floors, warm colors that reflect the western state and a sober and elegant impression.

Other features of the hotel include the Mandarin Oriental Spa, which occupies more than 2000 square meters and has a dedicated “Hammam” style suite, as well as a ballroom that opens onto the beach. It will also have eight restaurants and bars, among which highlights “Tasca”, which will become the first restaurant in the Middle East of the renowned Portuguese chef Jose Avillez, who has a restaurant in Lisbon called “Belcanto” that is currently awarded two Michelin stars.

In a different place of the hotel you will find a Japanese Warayaki style grill, also a Mediterranean restaurant strategically located at the end of a pier, so that guests have the possibility of mooring their yachts. It also offers exceptional facilities for meetings and events, as well as a wonderful setting for weddings.
